Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long delivery takes

Processing: 1 to 3 business days while your item is picked and packed.
Transit: 5 to 11 business days after dispatch.
Total: most orders arrive within 6 to 14 business days. Orders placed at a weekend begin processing the next business day.

Where your order ships from

Our products ship directly from our overseas fulfilment partners. That is how we keep prices low and shipping free, and it is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We would rather tell you plainly before you buy than surprise you afterwards.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start showing scans, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Delays

Customs inspections, carrier backlogs and severe weather can push delivery beyond the ranges above. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will investigate, replace or refund it.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to sender can be reshipped once they reach our partner, or refunded minus any carrier charges.
