30-day returns
If the item is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
What can be returned
Unused items in their original packaging. Items that arrived damaged, faulty or not as described: send us a photo and we will replace or refund without asking you to ship it back.
How to start a return
Message us or email bradjamesdxb@hotmail.com with your order number and a sentence on what went wrong. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the address to send it to. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or straight away for damaged and not-as-described items where no return is needed. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to show the money.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping when the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return postage.
Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
