How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1 to 3 business days while your order is picked and packed, then 5 to 11 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 6 to 14 business days.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States, with no minimum spend.
Where do orders ship from?
Our products ship directly from overseas fulfilment partners. That is how we keep prices low and shipping free, and it is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We would rather tell you plainly before you buy than surprise you afterwards.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start showing scans, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions.
What if it arrives damaged or is not as described?
Send us a photo and we will replace or refund it. You will not be asked to ship a damaged item back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full, provided it has not already been dispatched.
